Quick tip: try accessing the course through your mobile device using cellular data. If you are able to login successfully, the issue is with your network/virtual office.

If you are using a "virtual office" platform through your company or organization, you may need to speak with your IT team for certain permissions or use another personal computer not linked to your company's platform.
